Certified Cleanroom

We have recently upgraded our controlled packaging room to a certified ISO 8 (class 100,000) cleanroom. This is a 20' x 30' room that allows us to package and inspect medical or other sensitive parts in a clean environment.

Health Care

In IV tube holders both open and closed cell materials have been used with an adhesive backing that adheres to the patient's gown or surgical drape to hold and cushion an IV tube.

Surgery

We have produced many shapes from closed cell crosslinked polyethylene that have been used in operating rooms for needle counters, test tube floats, etc. We are able to pad print various images or information on the surface of the foam.

Crosslinked polyethylene works well in this application because it is a relatively firm material that grips and holds onto the needles. It also can be easily gamma sterilized.

Medical Packaging

We have worked with several implant manufacturers to design and manufacture custom packaging that is used inside the blister pack to prevent the implant from damage during shipment.
