Air Gauges

Air gauges are non-contact measuring devices that measure by deflecting air off the surface of an object.

Pin Gauges

"Pin" gauges are custom built by Stephenson & Lawyer for measuring the thickness of a sheet or part. They function by having a low pressure foot gently resting on top of the foam that is supported off the measuring surface by pins. The thickness is read on a dial or digital indicator.
