Horizontal Saws

Horizontal saws are used to slice or skive both open and closed cell foams to our customers required thickness.
Vertical Saws

Vertical Saws are used to break down the large buns of foam into smaller more manageable sizes. They can also be used to put angles on parts or cut less complex shapes as the finished size.
Contour or Compression Cutting

Contour or Compression cutting is a method of cutting open cell foams that "scoops" out a cavity in the foam without cutting all the way through.
CNC Profile Saw

CNC Profile Saw is a computer controlled saw that uses a reciprocating blade and allows us to cut complex three-dimensional shapes.
Our engineers can easily
convert your electronic CAD
drawing into programs to
cut your part out of a variety
of open cell materials.
Convoluting
Convoluting is a cutting process that produces the "egg crate" pattern or surface into the foam.
This is done by running the foam through a set of rollers that produce compressed and uncompressed areas as the foam sheet passes through the saw blade.
